Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

We charge a simple flat rate delivery fee of just £3.95 per order for delivery to England, Scotland and Wales and £5.95 for delivery to Northern Ireland. Orders over £50.00 are sent FREE delivery. Delivery takes around 3-5 working days from day of posting. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us to let you know it is on its way. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of payment clearance with most orders being received within 5 working days of purchase, but please allow 10 working days for delivery.

Orders are usually sent via Evri, complete with full tracking.

Please note that we dispatch weekdays only.

We aim to have all items readily available and in stock, however, we may occasionally have a sell out where the website may not have updated the stock change. In cases such as this where an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as we can.

LOST & NON DELIVERED GOODS

We reserve the right to ask you to please wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch any goods that have not been delivered as a parcel is not classed as missing until after this time. We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier.

Picture Perfect Interiors cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our designated courier companies - we put our faith in them to deliver your item on time. 

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchase but do understand that on occasions you may need to return an item. With this in mind, we are happy to offer a generous 30 day return policy so that you may return any item for a 'no quibble' refund (exceptions apply). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)  

- Items with obvious signs of use 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

EXCHANGES & DAMAGED ITEMS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pictureperfectinteriors.co.uk.

If you receive a damaged item please email us to notify us of the damage within 3 days and return the item to us. Upon the safe return of the item, we will refund the return postage cost and either send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, please send to: 12 Tudor Court, Grimethorpe, Barnsley, S72 7NA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
