This unique 'You're my lobster' necklace is perfect for any occasion, to celebrate the extraordinary connection you share.
You can personalise the necklace below the lobster with a name using up to 12 characters and also add a special message to the card over 2 lines of 25 characters each.
Please note, the personalisation is case sensitive and will appear as entered.
The length of the chain is 18 inches and comes presented in a gift box.
IMPORTANT:
- Please double-check your personalisation as how it appears here will be how it appears on the product, including spacing and punctuation. Please do not include accents and special symbols as some of the manufacturing processes will not allow this.
- This item will be dispatched directly from the supplier and will incur a delivery charge of £5.95 for a Royal Mail Tracked service.
- Due to the time required for personalisation, please expect around 5 to 8 days for delivery.
- As these items are made to order, we are only able to accept returns if they are damaged or faulty.
- Due to the personalised nature of these items, it is not possible to change your order once it has been placed - please ensure that all text and options are completely correct prior to checkout.
We charge a simple flat rate delivery fee of just £3.95 per order for delivery to England, Scotland and Wales and £5.95 for delivery to Northern Ireland. Orders over £50.00 are sent FREE delivery. Delivery takes around 3-5 working days from day of posting.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us to let you know it is on its way. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of payment clearance with most orders being received within 5 working days of purchase, but please allow 10 working days for delivery.
Orders are usually sent via Evri, complete with full tracking.
Please note that we dispatch weekdays only.
We aim to have all items readily available and in stock, however, we may occasionally have a sell out where the website may not have updated the stock change. In cases such as this where an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as we can.
We hope you are happy with your purchase but do understand that on occasions you may need to return an item. With this in mind, we are happy to offer a generous 30 day return policy so that you may return any item for a 'no quibble' refund (exceptions apply). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
